so far I was not able to change the location. it's set up to Portugal by default and I can't select in the map a new one, or find a lookup to write it. Bad UX

As most reviews I can confirm this app is a scam Most flats are occupied even as listed available, no response from support. They just take advantage of desperate tenants now in Europe.

it's better for you not to need the support, ever! They got bugs on the app, allowed me to make a incorrect reservation in a place that doesn't exist, took my money and kept it . Right now I'm on my way to the police to make a fraud denounce, and will follow with adequate lawsuits, be careful with spotahome.

Piece of junk. Impossible to change location after a search which makes it totally unusable. If you want to search via your phone better luck with Airbnb

Edited: I’ve been trying to contact Spotahome for almost two weeks, but I haven’t received any response from their side. The contact forms don’t allow me to report any issues, their WhatsApp and Facebook messengers don’t work, and emails are ignored. They simply don’t care once they have received your payment. If you’re considering using Spotahome as a rental agent, be aware that their help and support center will not assist you when you need it.

The worst experience!! They have the worst customer service I have experienced. I had lots of issues with my reservation, they changed the dates and payment plan without my consent. This generated a lot of issues with the landlord regarding my payment plan, and they weren't helpful at all. They don't even try to understand your case nor analize further, every interaction is a nightmare. And don't have a phone to call. Wouldn't use this again, and don't recommend anyone to use it.
