It's impossible to recharge the card. It asks me for a billing address but it's impossible to properly fill in the address manually. The app tries to locate it using a bugged map that tries to automatically fill the information and it always misses the address by a huge mark... The app is useful as a fancy menu. If you want to recharge your card, go to the nearest Starbucks.

The app was good, had a lot of options to order, but after the update, it keeps saying "you are using an older version of this app, please update" and then it brings me back to play store, like, I just downloaded it and it keeps doing that message. Please fix the app.

It's a good enough app when it's actually working! I can't sign in, because it keeps giving me an "Access Denied" error. It has tons of bugs and it should have more features, like a menu or a news feed. But at least when I'm logged in I can pay and see my cards' balance.

It's a good idea, but with all that's said? I don't dare to recharge it by the app since I don't want to lose my time calling the customer support. Also, you pay up with your card and the stars take FOREVER to appear on it. EXTREMELY disappointing app. If you guys can check and update the value in my card, why can't the star update as well? It's not like I can use this card in any other establishment... If I use it, it can only be in one of your stores!

The app is convenient. I just would like to have a 'now' option besides the other time intervals. I don't usually carry the Starbucks card with me. So I'd rather use the app even if already at the store.

No longer works. After years of joy this app has no more use. Mainly due to the poor management of the Brazillian branch. The physical stores seems that they are going down hill. Very sad to realize that.
