This app is not functioning properly on the Google Pixel Pro. Huge bugs are not being fixed, and I'm struggling whenever I try to use the apps to buy a drink. Need to uninstall & reinstall every time. It could be good to stop me from supporting Starbucks. Who knows, Starbucks is trying its best to earn less.

Tried to top up from the app but the top up amount didn't appear on the app...since the amount was minimal I didn't even bother calling customer service (whose contact details were intentionally made obscure inside the app) and just give this garbage app the abysmal review it deserves.

Don't order your drinks on the table through this app, the counter seems like didn't receive the order. I've tried using it at two different places like Mid Valley and Four Season and both have this issue.

I've recently changed phones, and have done a factory reset on my old phone. After installing the app on my new phone I get an error message that goes "This method cannot be used to request more than more than 1000 records at once". I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the same error message pops up. I can't see any newsfeed. No reward status NADA! What is happening?

Worst app. I always say keep me logged in, but each time I open this app, I still have to key in all my details to log in. What's the use? ( This is fixed! Finally!) I bought drinks on the 8 Nov but the points never reflected in the Organizer stars (Never fix). We have to be serious here, Starbucks is not even providing good coffee, just the convenience on its availability. Wish that Zus start popping out more and make it more conveniently to find. Their apps is much better.

This apps logs me out automatically. When I tried logging in, it tells me I had the wrong password, when it is definitely the correct one, since I can log in at the website. Then, this app locks me for one hour. Another problem I had is with the reload card option. When I entered the amount and click reload, it goes back to the main page. I have to reload at the store, which defeats the purpose of having an app. Seriously for a company like Starbucks you need to improve your app.
