The app ok, but does not allow me to login while I am travelling, which is a problem, As I spend roughly half of the year abroad due to my work. does not work with or without VPN connection, not from hotel wifi, nor with a hotspot from second phone.

Cannot Login whatsoever. Mind you, I run a S24 Ultra so it definitely isn't the Phone. No matter what is tried, it fails to let me log in to the app.

Every time I need to login I end up considering stubbing myself with a sharp knife instead! And without login I cannot change settings. Please reconsider the login feature to prevent suicidal rate to increase. On Android try to setup internet lock, then login. The circular progress bar appears but the app never shows input text fields to login. Nor biometric reader. It simply goes back to the login button. That's frustrating. Update: it worked after removal and reinstall

I wanted to change my subscription and get a new mobile phone. Everything worked well until I'm at the shopping cart. I tap "next" and it asks me whether I want home delivery or pick it up. It doesn't matter what I pick, I cannot continue the next step, because there's no "next" button or anything, I can only go back, look at my selection or pick one of the options without being able to proceed. I'll try over the internet browser again.

This was, in the past, a simple and usable tool to manage the mobiles. but now it seems to have gone to s*. Multiple login requests depending on the path taken thru the app/site. Login gets blocked/broken if protection is enabled in the browser. Widget on the home screen for product details doesn't work at all. Navigation in the product details screens is a joke (just how many screens do you need??), plus trying to go 'back' one screen can randomly take you to the home screen. Terrible UX too
