They take the money and run. I was incorrectly charged when using Foodhub. The restraunt tells me to talk to Foodhub. I have opened two tickets with Foodhub and spent time on the phone with them and have got nowhere. You would think that they have systems in place for these kinds of errors but apparently not. Am now no longer purchasing from any shop that uses Foodhub. Edit: Foodhub has told me that they are not authorised to issue refunds. Have left 1 star reviews for the restaurant and the app

The app is good in terms of how smoothly it operates. It would be much better if it had more accuracy and better updates regarding delivery. ADDED - I still think this app needs better accuracy with the updates. I get privacy and security, but at least add a "delivering" in between "cooking" and "delivered" for all.

so much cheaper than just eat!! I cannot believe the amount I've spent with just eat, £54 for a Chinese with just eat and that's for 2 people... ordering here for 2 people has cost me £34! There is so much difference, I'll be uninstalling just eat and using this app from now on!!!

Down to 3 stars.. Still a great app, easy to order and find local outlets👍 Noticed lately it goes ordered, cooking delivered. could or should go ordered, cooking, on the way, delivered. there's a significant delay to the updates on progress. My latest delivery I received and have already eaten still says cooking.

Absolutely disgraceful, it has taken money out of my account several times, support was no use, no actual food order was taken so no food, loads of money taken and all they can do is issue refunds that will take 3-5 working days! Bank overdrawn, no treat tea and nothing offered in return for spending over 2 hours trying to get support! I won't ever trust this site again and hopefully no one else has to go through this! Angry doesn't cover it! I'm not one to moan usually but this has taken the P*

Tried to use this app for the first time today whilst looking for non-American alternatives to Just Eat and Deliveroo. The restaurant never accepted my order, so after 10-15 minutes I cancelled it. I then needed to take extra steps to get a proper refund. A refund back to my card says it will take 3-5 days (when only 3-5 seconds was needed to take my money), plus their UI can't figure out how much it owes me. This was a pretty terrible first experience.
