How does our app work?
It’s very simple! When you want to order a taxi or private car, you just need to follow these steps:
1. Download the Cabify app and register.
2. Select how you want to pay: cash, card...whatever’s easiest for you!
3. Tell us where you want to go and how you want to travel: taxi, private car, scooter...
4. Before you ride, we’ll tell you the estimated journey price, so there are no surprises.
5. ¡Let’s go! A taxi will come and collect you.
Is Cabify safe?
Your safety is our priority. That’s why you’ll find various options in the app to give you peace of mind:
- All journeys are identified and registered. You’ll know your taxi and taxi driver’s details before getting in.
- You can share your journey in real time with whoever you want via Whatsapp, SMS...so that they know where you are.
- You can also add a trusted contact who will receive a notification when you arrive at your destination (feature only available in some cities).

First time I download this app. When I was going to use it to call a cab it asked me to register, of course it would since its the first time I'm using it... guess what happened next? after clicking sign up the app just crashes and closes right away. I tried to sign up multiple times and got no luck. If the app chrashes and fails at something as simple as a sign up i cant imagine how bad it is when you're actually gonna use it. I would never download it again

For my first week in Bogota I had a great time with this app; however, I will not use it again after my last interaction. I had placed a reservation for a car to take me to an event at a specific time. Before the scheduled time I received a receipt from Cabify saying that the journey was over despite the addresses being wrong as well as the time. Despite evidence to the contrary, they won't reimburse the fraudulent transaction. Steer clear unless you are okay with being scammed

HORRIBLE APP!! It used to be a 5 star app but now the map inputs the wrong address overlapping the one u type. Menus get u lost as well. It does not show the plate of the vehicle nor other relevant info. I'm going to Uber or another app that looks like the old Tapsi.

This used to be my favorite taxi app before the merge. But now it won't accept my credit card, despite doing a successful test charge before my first ride after the merge. I can't use it anymore and have had to switch to other apps which was really disappointing.

It's Ok. The app grossly underestimates the time it takes for a driver to arrive. When booking it says one minute, when the driver accepts it can be 7-10 minutes. I'm ok waiting but just tell the truth please

since the join wirh easy taxi, i cannot join in both services. Invalid email y/o password. I use recover, I received the email, I did set a new password, try and the same.
