what a piece of software and service. I'm on Android, iPhone & Windows. getting 404 not found errors on my task in addition to not being able to see details of my task anymore. Instead of getting app notifications, which are enabled and supposedly working, I get text notifications. I'm trying to reschedule because guy didn't show up, it's not letting me choose a week from now. can't edit it. what a horribly programmed piece of service....

The app itself could use better engineers. I haven't been able to log into the app for several weeks. It's just a gray screen. I have a regular cleaner from the app we've been using for months and she's great and reliable. But the app needs some serious TLC. You also can't put in your own credits for recurring services so they basically discourage using the same person, so probably not great for cleaners. I have to reach out to customer service each time I want them to apply a credit.

Beware!!! Twice 2 chosen techs cancelled appointments. Was not allowed to choose convenient time. But was charged first hour automatically each time!! Money taken. No service. Did not even see a tech in person. Try another service!! I did! And was contacted within minutes by a qualified tech/handyman!! And no charges until work was done!!

Great app to find awesome helpers but should be more clear about fees. They neglect to tell that the Trust and Support fee is an hourly rate, just like the hourly rate of the Tasker. So a task that I was budgeting for $218 turned out into a $267 task. Sigh. another misleading job. A $63 job turned into $91 after fees. moving to another app. not to mention, there is no way to select the Tasker and the app is super clunky.

Terrible customer service. I don't want to talk to the AI, it doesn't understand my problem, so I'm waiting and waiting for a real person to show up on chat. Then I gave up and decided to send an email instead... but I got an automatic reply saying they deleted that ticket because the ticket via chat was still open. It will not let me cancel that ticket until somebody actually shows up on chat, so I guess I'll keep waiting? It doesn't even say if I need to keep the app open or waiting times.

the "Tasker" was great. the problem is the APP. very difficult to send a review and a tip. had a service technician handle it. Today, I wanted to delete/deactivate the account and took over 40 minutes to enter several passwords that didn't meet requirements. and couldn't be "reused." Finally got the password changed, then had to searhow to"delete" an account. over an hour to complete what should have been very simple "tasks"?
