I have had this app for many years and for many teams. That's why I keep using it. Has the same bugs it has had for all this time. It loses message threads, can't integrate web/app, has no billing functionality in the app, doesn't push RSVP updates, etc. etc. Right now I can't update a roster because I need to upgrade a plan, had to find a desktop to update billing info, and that doesn't work because they can't get their payment back end sorted out! 😵💫

I have 2 kids' schedules, and if a game is in progress, it will take me to the kids' schedule view of who is not playing. Then, I have to switch users and get into the game in progress. Bad programming for something that's been around for years now. s25. The app takes over a minute to register the score and time each time i get into the game in progress. it makes keeping score a pain when my phone locks before the app refreshes.

The ads in this app are out of control! And as parents, we have little to no control over which app we can use to view our students' events. This monetization scheme is hot garbage. I'm not paying for an ad-free version; that should squarely be on the team management user. Plus the app is full of bugs, has very little in the way of design, and defaults to making all personal information as public...privacy is "opt-in" later.

Every year, I turn off email notifications. And every year, I continue to get email notifications. Why tf do I need email notifications if I get notifications from the app? And then, when I email the developer, they're like, "you didn't have email notifications turned off." seriously bro, I'm not a potato. I know I turned it off. Stop selling mine and everyone else's information, and make it work right.

So many problems with android. full detail doesn't show. Roster doesn't update. obviously written for iPhone. so many things that could be added to make this a good app. need ability to update a message group by adding and removing people instead of creating a whole new group. would be nice if files could be locked from view from some players. would be nice to set up an A and B team

Things I hate about this app: 1. I get the swirling circle of death and have to wait 15-20 minutes for the app to load. 2. I miss notifications all the time! 3. Links don't work in the Post section. 4. I can't clean up old irrelevant posts in the Chat section. I should, as the coach, be able to delete old entries no matter how old they are. 5. Chat doesn't work on a PC. 6. It times out often within seconds and you lose everything. I'm transitioning to SPOND with 360 Player. It's free and fast.
