Everything about this company is garbage... They charge you for everything without noticing you and when you try to talk to someone in charge or try to fix the problem, you are ALWAYS going find a BIG wall saying "Unfortunately we cannot share with you the information but the only option you have is to pay or wait for our lawers to contact you" .... 4 times this year i've had to pay 10X my monthly bill and none of the people at customer support can tell me why or how to make it stop... I really hope that the person reading this decides to take another company for their phone service.

After an update it started turning itself on and crashing my phone, it even shows a message that "this app has stopped working" when I wasn't using it but the message gets deleted on its own without me clicking on it. So it's been working on the background and crashing my phone

I just bought a sim card,purchased airtime ..and I do not have any service...I cannot connect to app when the list finally appears...tried to register to mi Telcel and never received my password...useless ,,service where... gotta change company

Vale el precio. Sería genial si hubiera textos y llamadas entre México y Los estados Unidos y al revés que funcionaria mejor. Worth the price. My only complaint is that the cell and text connections to the USA and while in the USA are not that great.

I bought a new Telcel phone and less than 2 years later it says the telcel app isn't compatible anymore and it won't let me get service without updating the app

It ran into technical problems and and it charged me for programs that I didn't purchase. Poor security.
