→ How to Transfer contact list from one phone to another:
1. Download the My Contacts app on your OLD and NEW phones
2. Signup or Login with your id on the OLD phone
3. Press ”Copy contacts” on your OLD phone
4. Now, Signup / Login on the NEW phone
5. Then press ”Copy contacts” on your NEW phone – Voila!! it’s done!

My Contacts holds the FOREGROUND_SERVICE permission. If the user allows to exclude us from battery optimizations, we utilize a foreground service for core features such as looking up phone numbers from incoming calls and safely sync your contacts regularly, even if the app isn’t being used in the foreground at the time. When we do this a notification is visible to inform the user. Most of the time it’s a very short time with a minimal effect on the battery.

I love this app, it automatically backs up your contacts and follows you everywhere, even to your new phone. Update: I can no longer log in to my account. It keeps getting stuck in a loop. I sign in, it goes to a welcome page. I click "GET STARTED " and it goes back to the sign on screen. Over and over. Used to be a great app, not so much any more.

What a bad surprise to find that this app was meant not only to backup and easy transfer, but to Steal your personal records, e.g. Contacts!? Once you uninstall it (because it's support is terminated, for example), you'll find the gap in your list, relevant to the period of use. What's most frustrating is that even regular Google's backup & restore service and tools cannot help - just because this App has flawlessly kept your data away.

I don't know what had happen but all my contacts i saved in my phone (Samsung S9+) went missing. But thank God i did back up all of the contacts with My Contact app prior to that technical issue. So i decided to restore from the app but unfortunately I couldn't do so as there's no option for that in the app. So strange! I've sent an email to your team but yet to receive the response. Please help me fixing this issue. Until then, I'm afraid that I can only give you 2 stars.

It wont let me sign back into the app saying that it cant identify me, all of my contacts are trapped in your app. When I deleted your app on my old phone. It erased all of my contacts making it impossible to walk away from your app. I tried to reset my password multiple times. Still refuses to let me in. I tried the support. Still no good.

I use this app second time, the first time experience is good. But the second time experience is worst, the sync failed for few times, until my login authentication also failed. My phonebook was corrupted by the unsuccessful sync. However I manage to retrieve back thousands over contacts after I'm able to login to the app again.

I had all of my contacts stored in this app and now I am unable to access them!!! After days of trying to sign in, receiving an error message, changing password, authenticating it through a text code, and trying to sign in AGAIN, only to get the "unable to authenticate user" error message over and over and over.... I now have NO ACCESS to any of my contacts!!! I'm disgusted and pissed--- GET IT TOGETHER!!!
