It started out so well, used the app no problem, collecting points, vouchers etc. Then I spotted the shopping list could be sent to the self scanner to use in store. Great, I thought, that'll save me loads of time once my list is sorted. Unfortunately my 50 or so items somehow multiplied to become 350+ (and they're still multiplying). Everything was duplicated so many times in the app it was impossible to follow it on the scanner or the app while I was shopping. Back to Ourgroceries!

Since ads have been implemented, things are so hard to add to the basket because the entire list of items jumps up and down twice. It's very frustrating and seems to happen more when ordering a Whoosh delivery. Other than that the app lags and jumps randomly, even sometimes freezing completely. Every time I do a grocery shop, it freezes, which is annoying at the best of times. Please fix these issues to make the app more usable again.

Reasonable functionality but search is very crude.. enter bread and you're presented with Garlic Kiev & Cod fillets ( both breaded if you were struggling with relevance ). Shame the 'rest of shelf' option has either been removed or hidden so well I can't find it any more. Frustratingly poor coding asks if you have forgotten all of your regular purchases despite having ordered most of them - would it be so difficult not to have items actually in the basket within the list? but it does the job.

So many problems with this app that it's hard to pick the most infuriating one to review. The "favourites" list (actually a list of everything you ever bought), which by necessity is the main way you choose your shopping, seems to have been deliberately designed to drive users potty. It constantly pings you back up to the top for no reason, and then as you scroll down it pauses to load every few items. Most of my shops I spend more time trying to scroll back to where I was than I do shopping.

I used to love using this app but recently something is wrong. I can't access whooosh deliveries. it allows me to get to the booking page then tells me something is wrong or goes all the way before cancelling my order....one time even after I had paid for my shopping. I tried to contact Tesco about it but end up spending too much time listening to hold music I gave up. what's going on ? anyone else having these issues! totally useless app in its current state, with nowhere to ask for help.

Needs a "checkout now" button when updating an order. I've had several orders that weren't updated, as I didn't click through all four or five of the checkout screens. Very frustrating! Also the search function isn't very good, sometimes a single word will get the item you're looking for in the results, sometimes it won't. e.g. searching for "watermelon" finds the watermelon ice lollies that my daughter likes, but searching for "mango" doesn't find the mango ice lollies of the same brand.
