The App design is great. But the most important feature is really limited. It's not possible to creat automations (scenes) for security devices as door and windows sensors. So you can set up that they only alert you if you are not at home. Also you can not set up that the smart smoke sensor alarm is going off if the door alarm is getting activated. This kind of features are already implemented at the competition company's. Besides that there devices have a good quality and are looking amazing.

I have just purchased a Tesla Smart camera 360(2022) and it doesn't work to pair it with the app. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps advised in FAQ and still can't add the device. Not to mention that when trying to register a feedback, the text is being typed backwards for some reason. No response to my assistance request until today. Money lost, don't buy this product.

I currently have 3 AC units installed and controlled via the app. The issues with it are that the AC units in the apps are general WiFi units and it doesn't take into consideration the functions it can do. - i cannot set the ACs to Heating mode from the app, only from Remote. After that, it shows the temperature and i can raise it accordingly - i cannot set left-right swing from app, only from remote - Google Home - gave the voice command to set ACs to Auto fan speed and it also modified AC mode

I can't set temp offset for thermostatic valves, low options for automation. I can't set different input for temperature then the thermostatic valve making the temperature sensors useless. All of these are dealbreaker, what is it for if I can't even feed it the correct temperature, so the temperature it uses is anywhere from +1 to +5°C shifted from reality.

Every single time i want to switch the lamp it is begging for location info. I told it about 500 times already that i do not want to give it the location info. It has no business knowing my location info to switch the lamp. And it keeps begging for it. It also takes 5 seconds to find the switch in the same wifi network which is frankly pathetic.

Thermostatic header doesn't remember settings, still reverts to old ones after I exit and run the app again. Can't delete removed devices from scenes, have to recreate them. Look for alternatives before committing to this. And of course the answer is the usual - check signal strength and connection stability... What has signal strength common with bad software? Corporate BS.
