My last transaction is horrible, seller not inform me that one of the items is out of stock. I receive the package and just finished my transaction on app. Only realize i'm missing an item after opening it. When go to the app for filling my complain, the 'COMPLAIN' option is no longer there!! Try read all the articles on your 'care page' only to find no help at all. And one more, your CS line also already not available. Cmon! What happen tokopedia?where'sall the costumer care and protection go?

The best online shopping in Indonesia! The delivery price ia a bit pricy but worth it. All payments, purchases and invoices history through Tokopedia is kept well on their data base even for 6 years long. No money laundry could have been happened on doing transaction with Tokopedia such as Utilities and other monthly bills. Plus, they mail all the invoices to your email for the proof. Unlike other apps they did not mail the invoices such as sh**pee and D*na.. thank you for being professional.

Keeps crashing if you change stuff in your cart, the worst search engine ever that recommends unrelated items and hides relevant items, making it impossible to find what you want and compare prices, you can't see which coupons you're using and their terms when you check out, meaning it's impossible to find the best price, keeps recommending the weirdest items like pornographic tshirts, racist products, fake items, etc (which i have reported but still get recommended anyway), ai customer service

The apps getting more broken with each update. You now need to try search at least 3 times with the same keyword to get result, otherwise you will only get "item not found error". The plus icon on item doesn't always mean you get the discounted delivery fee when you checkout. There is no customer service whatsoever (Tokopedia care doesn't count because it is mostly broken bot, or 'narator' customer representative whom apperently their only job is to narate the problem without solving it)

Lazy customer service. They prefer using bots and automatic response. The customer service also can't do anything when there's a problem. Customer service can't even service the customers. They rely on us contacting the seller if there's a problem. The least they could do is apologising, but they aren't even trained to do that apparently. How did tokopedia even "won" an award for customer service is a mystery.

At past, Tokopedia was one of the best online shop ever, but now everything has changed. Complaint procedure taking so long and not solutive at all, customer service can't help with anything. In the past, Tokopedia customer service was one of the best. I don't know what's really happen, but hope this problem get resolved soon.
