I tried logging in with my old membership card, but it gave me an error and said that I hadn't paid for a membership. This led to over 2 hours of emailing back and forth with their customer service for them to finally admit something had broken. Then, they finally just told me to buy a new membership and they would re-imburse me later because it was "short notice". Well, when your app breaks and it is the only way to get a bay, don't come complaining to me that I didn't give you notice.

This app is STILL clumsy, incomplete, and only minimally useful. You can book a bay (for a $30 fee that isn't applied to your gameplay) and directly pay for bay. That's it. You can't use the app to forward your reservation to other people in your group. You can't add gift card balances purchased outside the app to your account. Logging in at the bay with the app doesn't work consistently. You can't use your account balance to pay for food & drink. Total B.S. after all this time.

Typically don't write reviews unless particular circumstances permit such. In this case, there's no point to the app other than when you're already at your reservation, unless you're one of the unlucky few that get robbed of their funds. Everything else can be done online, since even reservations are done through an iframe. If anything, you have less of a chance to book through the application than when you use a browser.

Easy to use, book a bay & avoid the wait on a busy day. If all the bays are already booked, you can join the wait list from app instead of waiting until you get there & save serious wait time. Great money saving offers listed on the app. Two things that would improve app are if you could book a bay more than 10 days out & if you could use your military discount on app to take advantage of the offers, rather than having to go in & show ID. There's tons of sites like ID.me to verify easily service

This app is broken. If it worked it would be awesome. Not only can it not find location, but even after I became a member at a Top golf location, it says something is wrong and to contact support. I contacted support and never got any help. It's a good thing Topgolf is more fun than the app. It would be nice to see scores and stuff but oh well.

For the only location in my state it kept showing 15mn wait times, which wouldn't allow me be added to the wait list since it was short enough to just show up and get a bay. Kept checking to the app during the travel there and still said 15mn each time. Show up to the counter only to have staff tell me it's at least an hour. Doubtful it actually calculates real-time waiting.
