When I started a month ago, "free" rooms were possible without spending any money. Then they changed the game and diminished the value of the points you earned, requiring you to spend $100 to book 4 nights. Not ideal, but doable. Then they changed it again, requiring $200 to spend 4 nights. Not happy about it, but I still continued to spin. Today's recent update has completely ruined the game. If I want to stay 4 nights, I have to spend $750. God only knows what's next. No longer worth the time.

I booked 3 nights when it was free... Then COVID hit and it was cancelled. They gave me a year to book another without the VIP status needed...but the restrictions were still in place, so I ended up losing it. I kept the app in case I could ever use it again. But after all the updates, it costs way too much for someone across the country that only goes to Vegas once a year. Very disappointed.

If you like completely wasting your time with no chance to actually win anyting play this app. The new update completely put the rewards structure, out of Reach for most, if not all players. I was up for a rude awakening when I updated the app and found out. You're better off just going to the dollar store and buying a word search puzzle.

Wynn has changed the experience where it is now impossible to get to a point where you can actually use the points, without spending several hundreds of dollars... I've been a long time player when you could actually earn enough points to progress, and have gotten pretty far, no there is now way I can keep my tier level without spending money. And spending hours each day to gather points.. Honestly it's not worth the time to play it anymore and to just pay for it, rather than waste the time.

Not "free"...been charging my credit card $4.99 a month since I downloaded 3 months ago. All in-app purchases were on a different card so it wasn't from purchases made. Also, since the update, I constantly lose coins. I had 5,000,000 and I didn't play for 4 minutes and when I started to again I was down to 100,000. Also, with the update there are constant errors where it should pay, but doesn't. I should've taken a screenshot but didn't think of it till later. I emailed but have heard nothing.

The game continues to decline in play results! I'm a long player in the Top 50 each month. The graphics are great, game choices are good. If you want to play for the rewards, DON'T! They've been declining since late 2019! THE TERMS and CONDITIONS ARE ABSURD ! You can't do it without buying, PERIOD ! YOU'LL GET FAR MORE FOR THE MONEY AND TREATED FAR BETTER RENTING OUTRIGHT !
