I used to love this app, but it has serious, concerning bugs and I can't trust it anymore. I bid on an item, and the app glitched out and placed a much higher bid. Customer service said that is normal when there are many people bidding quickly. I'm sorry, what? You make my bid not happen, you don't increase it without my consent. Buggy and poor customer service.

Sellers are great!! Prices are FANTASTIC!! Just be prepared to deal with 'features' that override your notification settings in the app AND override the settings on your phone unless ALL notifications are off. Went to support and it was called a 'feature'. The biggest issue w this is it steals from sellers. They get discounts for bookmarks on events. If notify is off, you cannot bookmark.

I love the idea but the execution is lacking. The concept of live shows, purges, and regular listings is great! Despite that, the app barely functions. Want to buy more than one item at a time in a store? Sorry you can't. Want to save an item to buy later or as a wishlist item for the future? Nope that doesn't exist. Do you want to not have to scroll through sold listings when looking at a store? Nope! Listings are in chronological order and the sold ones are just mixed in.

Please please please add "when to prune" under how to grow! This is something I never remember for my plants (yard and potted) and it's so annoying to look each one up individually, just to forget by next season. If it's a certain time if year, twice a year, after done flowering, clean up as needed, etc. And how often to fertilize would be nice too. I'd LOVE to have all my plants with those quick facts, all in one app!

Great product and community, but deceptive business practices. I was told I would be reimbursed for shipping costs on an item, but in reality they sent me a credit in my app when asked about this they advised that since they had applied a credit they could not reimburse my shipping costs. Also, if you become inactive for a certain ammount of time guess what happens to that credit? It goes away. This is not at all okay and a terrible way to earn people's business. $50 down the drain.

A surprisingly horrible experience. My second purchase, I was given a total, agreed to pay that total and paid it. Seems simple. Until I got a notification I had been charged $10 more for shipping that I was told was FREE in bold green letters when checking out. After reaching out to customer service they provided no assistance and tried to pass accountability to the seller. What palmstreet did is illegal. Buyer beware and check your totals before and after purchase. Use a credit card.
