I agree with Withkeys Quilkert. "It does what it does best. Access to the router configuration through the cloud as well as locally on network in an easy GUI. However, more needs to be done to secure access to it besides just a password for cloud account. They need to allow multi-factor authentication and track logins to the cloud account. Until they address that, I do not recommend allowing the wifi router access over the cloud. Once password is compromised, it gives unauthorized users access.

Constantly asks me to enter my device password. The password has remained unchanged and when I try to log in using the saved password, it will say it's incorrect until all of a sudden it decides on the fifth attempt that "oh actually that's right this time!'. It has resulted in me being locked out from the device settings multiple times because it doesn't want to recognize the password before it reaches the max failed attempts.

Update. Every time that I want to view the router, I click on it and then it says I'm not connected to the network. Update. Still not fixed. Why do they want you to pay a subscription when the features never work. Most features don't work all of the time. It's very hit or miss for the controls. Worked marginally OK before, now it's worse. It's very slow to start and sync to wifi. I'm not sure what app some of these other people are leaving reviews for but they have to be fake or paid.

There remain bugs, which I hoped would have been addressed long ago. When I open the app, the Extended Networks button shows nothing. When I tap the button and exit from that screen, it shows 2g and 5g. Also, many times it will say that there is no internet connection, until I tap on the Network Status button. Then it will say it's online and working well. Despite the erroneous readings, it functions well. Just wish they'd address these longstanding bugs.

Works, but slow and lots of clicks - 8 clicks just to add more time to my child's tablet. Also it first does a spinning thing to show it's updating to show you most accurate time restrictions and how much the child has used, etc. then it shows some info. Then five seconds later it switches and shows the ACTUAL correct info (like if I have the TV blocked). It's frustrating to look at the screen and not know if I'm looking at the correct info or not.

This app and the devices were great, but when I upgraded from an AX6000 to BE9300 I lost the ability to schedule a different weekend bedtime to weekdays without having to pay a subscription. You put a simple feature that is free on other routers and put it behind a pay wall. instead for paying you for this greed I will no longer use your brand.
