I visited your branch in Rania Mall, Wazir D, where I got my mobile phone repaired, which was still under warranty. They told me that the warranty would not be accepted, and they charged me 3000 rupees. When I checked the bill, I saw that it was only an estimated bill, and in fact, it was a fake bill. Either App is fake or their representatives on outlet telling lie to their customer. I also send mail to carlcare incident happened to me. Stills I'm waiting for their response. wasted my precious time.

I submitted my Infinix Zero 40 smartphone to the Carlcare Office in Blue Area, Islamabad on 1st October 2025 due to a sound issue during the warranty period. It has now been 4 days, and my phone still has not been repaired. Today, I was told once again to wait 2 more days and come back on Monday. This is extremely frustrating. i bring my phone for replacement lcd because the lcd is block out then i told i will comeback on other day and when i came back the staff told not only replacement of lcd but he also need to change of charging pin but it's working the lcd only broken and need replacement. my phone defects only lcd !
