I usually only use this app when I need to recharge. The problem is that sometimes I need to recharge at the last minute, but if there’s a required update, I can’t recharge or update in time. Another issue is that the app only allows adding one credit card, which is very inconvenient. Please fix these problems to make the app more user-friendly.

Do not pay your bills using the My Airtel app. Very bad experience Though they keep online payments via the my airtel app in real time the payments won't be updated. I made two payments both the payment was not successful through that app but I received bank authorisation for payment. I complained customer service they cannot even see the balance via their system and says to wait 24-48 hrs for payment to realise. Now its more than 5 days. The second time I call after they say the same story.

Airtel connections were in a very bad condition at the beginning. There was no signal coverage. They then fixed the shortcomings and 4G and provided a very good service at a very efficient way at the lowest price compared to other networks. But they later merged with Dialog, and Dialog's fraudulent work was also injected into the Airtel network, and the Signal Coverage is now in poor condition. The fraud is contagious.

worst network connection. after activating data packages it becomes so slow even it shows 4G the network speed running under 10KB/s. can't even play a basic online game on my phone and lagging like crazy.

I’m reviewing both the app and the service provider here. The app often doesn’t work properly,it just gets stuck showing the logo on a white background and never loads, which is really frustrating. internet speed is disappointing. They used to have some really good packages, all those offers are gone. The worst part is the customer service especially when contacting them online. They don’t respond properly, and it honestly feels like they don’t care about their customers at all.

I've been trying for hours to activate a package, but I keep receiving the message, 'Sorry, your request cannot be processed right now. Try again later.' Even the official website is down. It's incredibly frustrating! What's the point of having an app if it doesn't meet customer needs or provide reliable service? This is very disappointing, and it's starting to feel like Airtel isn't invested in delivering a seamless experience. Update: The issue persists even after reinstallation!
