You can change the language but that only works on the main menus, the rest is in Turkish. You cannot top up or buy packages through the app, you get a 404 page not found error. It's ridiculous that I cannot buy more data this way. I contacted them and they told me that I can pay by ringing the call center but only with a Turkish credit card. My only other option is to go to a Turkcell store, my nearest one is 30 mins drive away. Good job I have rented a car! Will go with Turk Telecom next time.

EDIT: omg somehow it's worse, English is barely shown now, and the payment process is totally unfinished. Reverts to Turkish, and it's not the easiest to locate the English option again. You need to tap the bottom middle button and search for "dil", or use the top left dropdown and hit the bottom setting icon, then find the "dil" option to switch back to English. Also, it needs to stop pushing to save credit card information so hard, I don't want to save it ffs.

Terrible Application, Following to previous review, I had same problem when top up or purchasing package it shows white blank page, complained to turkcell then they called back informing that there is nothing wrong with Application and to try through website, tried also through it shows same error, looks like turkcell missed the connection with banks that white page should show where to input bank OTP code. It's really annoying when one of the biggest telecommunications companies can't fix it.

First, unable to buy tourist number through the app, had to do it through web. Then unable to verify. After reading passport nothing happened. Finally in Turkey, magic happened after verifying passport, video verify. But now eSim setup does not work, back to home page and nothing happens. I stop by turkcell and they tell me it's cancelled BC I did not activate it! Waste of time and money. I've already printed this number in hundreds of documents but I cannot use it. Don't make my same mistake.

Bu uygulama doğru çalışmıyor. Kullanıcı hesabı profili yok. hesap eklemek gerekirse hatta veriyor. Daha önce iyi çalıştı ama son güncelleme herşeyi berbat etti. Where is the user icon?! It's barely visible from top left. It used to be always visible. And now it says change account !. All accounts were visible before. Why did you have to screw something that worked perfect before ?

I was first unable to place the order for the tourist pass. I finally got to do it in the website in the pc. I am now stucked at the NFC verification. App crashes while reading the NFC of my passport.
