VERY DEEPLY REGRET TO SAY THIS IS A DISGRACE TO THE TATA BRAND WE ALL KNOW n trust. I'm myself a proud TATA employee, but totally this kind of practice must be made aware. Firstly, what you see is NOT what you get. Typically one you add the item to the cart, the price may change. But the most unfair part is you'll see an invoiced price (shipping will say Rs.0), suddenly the price changes during payment. Unless you review the total carefully, you'll end up paying more. WHY??? SO BEWARE

It is the worst app to order anything for the reasons below - 1. The products are priced higher than other apps. 2. Their delivery is not as competitive. 3. If the product is damaged or defective, they will charge customers for the delivery and return. 4. Their customer service representatives are not trained to deal properly with customers. Not going to ever use the app again.

My order of almost Rs. 3000 was delivered, the quality of the product was underwhelming. I chose to return it. The pickup guy came to the location when I wasn't available and never came the 2nd time around. There is no efficient customer care. The option only has pickup declined( ehich means the product didnt meet the expected quality). There is no option to show which says he never was able to even see the product. Need a customer service person to get in touch and return my products.

This is the worst shopping app. Prices/fees fluctuate arbitrarily, and orders are never delivered on time. They always claim "attempted delivery" without reaching out. There's no way to reschedule or cancel, leaving orders in limbo until the delivery person decides to show up according to his convenience. Customer service redirects to "cliq care," where no actual resolution is available. After 6 years I'm deleting my account once this is sorted. I'm done I'm taking my business to a competitor.

None functional app. Says my email and mobile number are already in use and can't even log in to the "old account", and the log in cycle is stuck in a loop. I don't know who made this app but it's useless as an app if you can't make a purchase. UPDATE: Tech Support tells me to log in and "Go to>My Account Section>select CLiQ Care>Select your appropriate Issue>Submit. How can I do that when my problem is , I cannot login at all? The ERROR always says, my mobile number/email is already registered.

Doesn't even deserve one ⭐..Absolutely fraud app.. first of all they send you the wrong product and refuse to pick it up within the return window.. and then they automatically dismiss the return request .. thereby forcing customers into paying for things they never ordered.. Don't shop from here.. it's the worst shopping app out there.. customer service is horribly poor.. unnecessary harassment and total waste of money - that's how I'll describe my shopping experience from here
