I purchased "my Ruby" from Amazon back in February of 2021. Absolutely loved. Works very well. Even bought the wet scrubby and vacuum change over. Worked great until a week ago after coming home, opening app all for it to tell me my device isnt connected. After trying all of the basic restart device tactics still nothing. No way of contacting company! Very disappointing 😞😕

Non functional application, doesn't allow you to select a WiFi network when adding a device. It opens the Android WiFi prompt but doesn't allow you to actually pick one so you can't pair the device. (Android 11) Also requests intrusive permissions unnecessary for the service (phone, file and image, camera access). App is in English but seems translated with little effort and has bad formatting .

Device and app have gone backwards, it will not load at all on my s22 ultra. All the useful feature have disappeared since updating. I have lost control of the T10, so it's stuck in to what was pre programed before, and I can not change it even using another device. Update... no response from the company or devs. Been in touch with amazon going to return for a refund. They stipulated a 2 year guarantee.

Doesn't connect to WiFi at all. When trying to connect the D5s robovac, following the instructions in the quick start guide, at an appropriate time, and ensuring the network is a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, it just goes to to Android Wi-Fi settings. It doesn't do anything else. You can tap on anything and it just doesn't work. Doesn't return to the app, nothing. I'd even have preferred it if I could just type in the SSID myself, but no, it wants to select it from Android. Total waste of time & money

Works OK with T10 but needs work. Does not have the advertised multi-map mode. Update: Works with multiple cleaners and now has multiple maps, but the latest app update (4.0.0) regularly forgets the maps!

Multiple android phones used from newest to oldest. The app won't work on either of them. Keeps crashing when opening. Send multiple request that I had this problem. No response after 24h period. Furthermore, cannot seem to see the reviews of this app although it gets a 2. Something starrating. Really annoyed that I have bought the d5s but cannot use it due to bad software.
