It's fun when it's not being a glitchy mess, which is over half the time. As other reviewers have said, big problem is losing connection and/or freezing and it is frustrating to lose tickets and coins. Sometimes things you type in will stop registering and cause you to lose. Also the math seems to not work and the opponent just pulls ahead when it doesn't seem like they shouldn't.

Terrible app. Stopped playing a long time ago because it constantly "loses connection" which automatically makes me loose the round and coins. I'll have full service so I know it's on their end. It also freezes when I'm trying an answer. I'll have a few of them right and none of them will even show up on the board bc of yet another glitch. I thought after a year the problems would be fixed, but it's worse than ever.

I love the game concept. That being said, I really dislike that this app glitches so much. I'm constantly getting booted from the server on the app because it can't connect to the game (when all of my apps are working and my signal is good). It's frozen dozens of times, and I don't have this issue with my other apps. It also takes several minutes+ to load in the first place. I'd love to continue playing but it just does not work well enough most of the time.

I would like to give this game a better rating. I would like to say that I really like this game; it is fun, engaging and challenging. I would like to, but cannot because the game has glitched too many times, robbing me of tons of coins. Too make that worse, there is no way to contact customer support to fix it or get back the missing coins-coins t you cannot play without, preventing me from playing a whole day sometimes. This has been very frustrating and is the reason for the 2 stars.

Game is fun but has some bugs. It doesn't update my achievements, I'm on level 16, it shows I have 0 achievements. Also, game freezes up sometimes, not allowing me to type anything in, mid-game and it doesn't reimburse my points so I end up losing the game. Also doesn't helpcthat I have many friends but can never challenge them or actually directly contact them, so what's the point of adding friends? There needs to be a better menu and support/help option as well.

I lost coins once when the app froze, i emailed help just to see if i could get the coins back that i lost. Not only was i reimbursed, the very next time i spun for free coins, i landed on 40,000. I play often, and that has never happened before or after that one time. Cant help but think it wasn't just luck. I absolutely love this app and its customer service!!
