While completing payment I decided to go back and add something to the cart and everything in my cart was erased. Then, after completing payment and I've received notification from the bank, Uniqlo says payment has not been received and I must pay (again!) within 30 minutes. What are you doing!? Super annoying and frustrating

While UNIQLO is a beloved brand with quality clothes and great environmental consciousness, the app UI is cumbersome, illogical, and makes you want to exit the app ASAP and just look at their website. There is also no option to change the app language, further forcing you to the website. Why waste precious storage space on an oversized app that just reminds you their website is infinitely better? Do you no longer like money, UNIQLO KR?

Horrible. I cant choose a language. I sign up on the app, but cant use everything until I do something in the web as well. Then, when I try to do this something on the app, I get an error message that I can get past, because reasons. What is even the point?

atrocious app, pretty annoying to navigate through, in physical shops being hard to navigate lead to higher sales but on the app/web its the fkn opposite u retards, if possible dont interact with this dogshit app besides coupon claiming

Low quality app. No connection with physical stores. Return/exchange options very limited and not clear. Only 7 days to return and exchange in store or receive any help from store. Will not use again nor shop at Uniqlo. Say goodbye to 12 years of my business.

downloaded for a coupon, and it is the worst clothing app I've used-- ui/ux, load times, categories... i dont understand how such a successful clothing company can have such a terrible app. will uninstall now T_T
