Awful app, half of the buttons are not even functional (e.g.: cancell order, call service, back button in order screen). Moreover, it is not possible to cancel orders even within a minute after they were created (probably server issues or deliberately waiting of the confirmation from the restaurant, so that it is not possible to cancel). Also, curiers do not read the instructions left in the order at all. Used this app for a long time only because there were no alternatives.

Ordered fast food from Max Way, got delivered on time, but there was not one of main meals I ordered. I called service, they promised to refund, and disappeared without paying back for undelivered food. I used to use this app at least twice a week, sometimes unappetizing food is sent, sometimes your order is canceled and so on. Finally decided to quit.

In my opinion is way more convenient to order food directly from the particular restaurant or cafe you chose. The drivers are not responsible and the call center doesn't reply. Ive tried to call them because i could not track my food, i was in queue for solid 10 mins, it was saying that im first in the queue but after 5 mins of waiting i happened to be 2nd in the queue? How does that work?

Good app and service as well. But I have struggled with one option there that is not giving me a chance to make delivery by myself with Feed Up Ц1 in the app. That is why I put 3, star so far. Once it is solved, I will change it to 5-star. (I can also provide screenshot)

I got my food delivered barely warm. The driver did not pick up the phone, as I wanted to inquire about the timing, nor did he call me back. I left a negative review of the service in the app after I got my food. A couple of hours later, I get a call from a support specialist who, for no good reason, starts arguing that delivery time was not long because the driver had a few more minutes left, according to the guidebook. When I noted that today is Sunday, and the roads are empty, the rep once again referred to the guidebook. The conversation with the customer rep was frustrating because he kept showing a rulebook into my face, so I change my opinion, I guess. I hope the energy can be spent on improving the service rather than harassing clients. edit. order id 2318022

Rating the order requires more context to be shown on demand. When rating I want to know which order am I rating. You allow multiple orders, but the rating one has 0 context. (UPD) If you reply to a review, at least be honest about it. Nothing has changed since I've first written it. Again and again, what a trashy thing this app really is. Pops up the "OH U GOT AN UPDATE!" banner, but when clicked opens up the freaking app's homepage on play store. Developers have so many skill issues...
