This season the tracking is useless... double counts about half of the lifts. THIS IS EASY TO FIX: I can't get on 2 lifts in 1 minute, just filter that. Lift wait times total bunk. The map is also buggy. App doesn't handle loss of internet gracefully, hangs. You can't view family stats you have to log out and in for each member. No speed recording.

I keep getting texts that my payment isn’t processing and to update my credit card info, but I've verified multiple times it's correct. The customer service bot is useless, and the app is difficult to navigate. Oh, and if you purchase a pass for your dependant, it is of course inaccessible (at least for military tickets) via the app.

Not yet sure. For the last few weeks, my home page says "and error has occured", and while I can dismiss it, I have a blank home page. Other pages and features seem to work, just just a blank home page. Any reason why, and any fix? edit-now after Aug 7 update, I can't even view my pass. I enter pass number and it says error.

I really don't like the new format. Less information available for tracking days progress and lifts. Also, the removal of the guided tour functions for visiting new areas is a MAJOR disappointment. There is now no need to use the app at all, and you managed to take the fun out of using it. I travel solo a lot and loved the ability to make an itinerary to give me a goal. Bring back the old app!!!!

Garbage app. Doesn't work at all. Can't see my tickets in the app. Won't record any stats. I get an error occurred message constantly when in the app. No more information on what the actual error is. For a company that owns so many resorts you would think they could afford having a working app, but apparently they don't care. Tried talking to support line, but it was a foreign person that couldn't understand what I was telling her and only wanted to reset my password which was not the issue.

It starts tracking your location without asking. If you don't give it permission, it constantly asks for it and has tons of errors. Basically it's horrible if you don't want Vale Resorts to continuously track your location. The maps (after saying no to tracking twice in a row) are much laggier than a few years ago. It draws the trails twice so the labels are weird. When you set "open trails only" it dims one copy of the trail but not the other, so it looks like everything is open incorrectly.
