it is too easy for you to send the order without confirming your order first, causing mistakes in your order. then, when you need to cancel or modify your order, it is impossible to contact support. edit: thank you for your reply,e food, but your live chat was not working- hense my review. we had to call the restaurant to sort it out, which posed difficulties

Using the app for almost 10 years. I have changed more than 4 stores debit cards. The fact that for more than a month it will not let me store a new card has started to be more than annoying. Of course no one is answering client support, always busy. The fact that efood has a lot Mastercard promotions is OK. But denying to even store Visa cards in your profile is getting ridiculous. This is not a bug, it is clearly a choice.

The app is quick, easy to use and has a lot of options with only minor glitches every once In a while... The customer service is good, kind and efficient. The charges are extreme. Note that I am not talking about the delivery cost which ranges from cheap to justified but the e-food service fees which are ridiculously high. It is completely understandable that great service must be rewarded and that people need their wages but the service fees can be close to 6-7% which is a joke.

Wants me to verify my phone number, but doesn't send me a verification code even after 10 attempts, and when I try calling the number they've listed in case you don't get a code, you get a barely intelligible automated message saying "the number has moved (?)" and to "refer to the communication they have already sent you" and no progress. I guess I am starving tonight.

Have been using the app for many years. However, it looks like the company is determined to fleece even efood pro subscribers with extra fees that were of course introduced after the initial market share grabbing effort (the early days of the app). Hopefully more and more restaurants invest in mobile POS devices so we can order directly from them and prevent both us and themselves from being charged exorbitant commission fees.

DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Shameless scammers will double charge you because of a bug in their app, other times send you less food than advertised (in quantity) and never ever take responsibility but keep blaming the restaurants. Imagine buying a pair of shoes online, receiving one pair only and when you ask they say oh, sorry the seller made a mistake with the title...
