The My Verisure application allows you to take full control of your security, to activate or deactivate your intruder alarm from anywhere in the world.

- Take photos remotely to check on your property from your mobile or tablet.

When you need it, it's not working. I set it to be able to login with the fingerprint. It gave an error and asked me for the password. The password was saved by the password manager, but it didn't work. I couldn't reset the password. No error, it's just not working. We are paying a lot of money for this service and it's not working at all.

Was working fine until the 5th of May update... Now, my whole alarm system is unusable, as the app AND the physical interface look like they are living in their own world : The physical interface always shows the alarm as activated, even when i just badged. I can try to activate/deactivate from the app, but the alarm remains silent and is not active at all. No error message, just pure wrong information on my screen. And on top of this, app is now stuck in a loading loop, i can't even use it. 😁

We were victims in the summer of a very big break in and theft. We had Benjamin from verisure come to the house after doing research on the best security company available. we previously had Orange and it was useless. Benjamin from verisure arrived and was very professional, thorough, honest and gave excellent advice. Benjamin was very responsive when we needed to contact him as is the company when the alarm goes off. we highly recommend using this company.

I gave you a month's notice...and you closed my account a month early. Now I cannot operate my account and the only way of contacting you is by phone - app and WhatsApp don't work because you've closed my account and you reject emails.

Worse service ever just take money and don't offer nothing. I am customer more then a year and after alarm trigger recev a phone call guy ask about password i said I don't remember and he close the call.No action taken. But you pay ... customer service by phone just from Monday to Friday. If you want to drop money is the best service.
