Garbage app + website. Always loved shopping at VS PINK, but their online stores and support bot suck! Tried purchasing a $300 order during their big sale, but as soon as I click the final "Place Order" button, the price skyrockets to $700+ as full price. I fussed back and forth with this for at least an hour (logged out/in of my account, cleared cache/cookies, app vs. browser, etc). I was on the verge of giving up hope, and the sale was in its last minute. Finally, it worked. Aggravating!! 😐

I love VS! I had to place an order online because none of the stores in Jacksonville offer "Pick up in-store" as an option, which means my items have to be delivered. It would have been easier if I could pick them up so I could smell and make changes, if needed, right there in the store. The app was ready to use. I couldn't find fragrances I was looking for either. I'm glad I wasn't charged for shipping!!

I like that it brings all of the exclusive promos directly to you in notifications, BUT ordering a lot of stuff from the app is very frustrating. Sometimes when you click on your shopping cart, you can't go back to shopping; you have to click on the menu to go to the main page to go back to shopping. Also, I was adding things to my shopping cart for about 20 minutes; I never left the app. I had FOURTEEN pairs in panties and had a few pairs in low stock in my cart and when I clicked checkout, it took me to the login screen. Your carts aren't saved. Everything I did was lost. The pairs in low stock were gone in my size. Everytime I order from the app I have problems. I use it to see promos and look at products and then I go to the regular website to order now.

The way the app is set up to use coupons is so confusing. it took me about an hour to place one order (5 items) just from trying to find the coupon codes to get the best deals. Very ineffective and frustrating. in the end, I did get all my items for very good prices but the app needs improvements for an easier customer shopping experience.

I kept getting the "Oops! Something went wrong" message when I click/tap to view an item. Every item. This started yesterday. The app was up to date. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Now it won't even let me sign in to open the app. Keep getting that same message. I even tried the website on my desktop. Same issue. Did you guys layoff or fire whoever maintains these?

VS has the worst apps! It was so overly complicated and impossible to log in to pay on account. The app has had so many issues it caused me to miss payments and hit my credit score because i was unable to log on Also unable to make payments w a card you must use account and routing #! This company has gone so downhill in all shapes and forms. If it wasn't my longest standing credit card, I would cancel in a heartbeat, but then it would hit my credit even more! Shame on this company.
