App and website make you repeatedly sign in during the same session to see your account even if keep signed in is selected. Annoying to have to sign in everytime you want to add an item to your cart or wishlist for later. It will also only display the last 3 or 4 orders under order history and there is no way to search by year which is frustrating as a long time customer who sometimes needs to look back further.

over a year later and still the same issues logging in. This is by far the worst app I have ever seen! UPDATE: STILL CANT LOGIN. IT SAYS I'M LOGGED IN AND THEN GO TO CHECK OUT AND WANTS ME TO LOG IN AGAIN AND WON'T. COMPLETELY POINTLESS APP AND WEBSITE. Can't log in on the app or the web. Won't let me even try to change my password. Says it cannot fetch the information. What's the point of even having an account if I can never get into it?

Hard to shop when nothing loads. Used to buy everything from VS. Last 10 years have been a downward spiral. Quality, cost, selection, etc. Was just wanting to see new arrivals, but the updates have dismantled your app entirely. And what is this 'community' feature? Don't think that's going to work in your company's favor. Marketing team is so off base now. Need to go back to the business models that worked. Disappointing.

this is by far, the most convoluted app I've ever had the displeasure of using. the app sends an error notification reading "something went wrong." and all you can do is close the app and open it again. when you search something, the results page begin in the middle of the page, instead of beginning at the top. I wish I could go back in time to wear I didn't have this app on my phone so that way I could save the three hours of headache while trying to use it.

Navigation still kind of...sucks. Filters in categories are getting better. Search is better, it now picks up more options with phrases (pretty sure it's boolean, Thank goodness if it is). Sign-in is WORSE didn't think it was possible, but now I have to hit the back option on my phone. And no offense but I really don't care about social media/influencers pics bc they get paid/get product and they're all fakers. Product reviews also need to stop being highest rating 1st bc there's no substance.

7/24/23 still not happy with the app, I can't use the back button without undoing my search. Sometimes I want to view an item without buying, I want to keep viewing other items under search parameters, NOT redo my whole search!!!! Latest update doesn't allow me to make payments or even see prior payments. Trying to call and make a payment was very tedious and annoying, NOT EASY. FIX YOUR SYSTEMS!!!!
