Hoichoi has good contents but the application is very bad.If I watch a movie I can not watch it again. When trying to watch for the second time, it shows continue, and if press continue it goes to the end. So, ultimately you can watch the movies only once. The application has serious problem in series. After one episode is finished on and often it jumps to the middle of the next episode. The real problem is when it jumps to the end of next episode, so that entire episode is omitted.

No customer service if any problems arise. I have paid for the whole year eagerly, looking forward to watching exceptional movies and entertainment on my phone and tv. Unable to stream, connect another device like my smart tv with the app. The lack of self-help is just appalling. Just with two devices, I'm getting these problems. Think with 5 devices! Until customer service and my issues are solved, this app gets a 1* It's funny how quickly the money got taken out of my account when subscribing!

I am using an android phone with the latest software version installed. the app has multiple issues. 1. The app window doesn't minimize and hence. Every time I want to open some other application simultaneously, the app shuts down . I have to open the app again and then go to the show and then watch it. 2. the app unexpectedly doesn't allow the user to stream a particular show from 'continue watching' tabs. the show keeps on loading and finally the user has to shut down the app completely 3-4

kindly optimize the app for tablets. Problem mentioned below. 1. The aspect ratio is totally wrong(cannot see half of the content). 2. The app consumes too much battery which drains the battery more than 50% in one movie session. 3. The apps crash sometimes.

please optimise your app for Android tablets. i am using xiaomi pad 7. in this tab, the default aspect ratio is to zoom and fill the screen. there's no option to make it default or zoomed out view. as a result the screen is getting cropped from the sides very much, hence difficulty in viewing the content while in landscape mode. also the zoom to fill or zoomed out button doesn't work. this problem occurs on the landing page/home page also. please resolve this on ipad this problem is not there.

It is not even a month from the day I subscribed and I have started facing issues on the app. In spite of having a very good internet connection a pop up saying "there is no internet connection" is being shown whenever I am trying to view any series or movies. Another person using the same account is also facing the same issue from the last few days. Your whatsapp support team is also not at all responsive. Now I am extremely repenting of the decision of taking a hoichoi subscription!
