Booking a car from remote does not work. Reloading fails many times. Asking for turn on the location, either I can choose typing the pick up address. Then reasking for turn on location and no feedback from the app. useless

Absolutely bad experience. Winmart online is not working. I need some meat and all the time the app said "temporary out of stock" then I have to go to shop just to find out that all products I need are available. Trying to contact with customer service, they are gentle but cannot help anything. Nothing is improved for long long time. At last, online shopping is still not working then I give up and use this app only to get Vpoint at shop.

Extremely buggy, very disappointed first experience. To be fair, the app did scan quickly and accurately, but the scanned products seem not to be added to the cart. The app also displayed lots of fake alarms, such as no connection problems despite that there was absolutely none. Vingroup should have done better with software QC before putting it in commercial use.

It makes supermarket shopping so much quicker and easier. I love it! Beware they do sometimes let people go through who havnt scanned so complain and push in front and bring your own bag so you dont have to watch security take ages to pack. As for using the app for bill payments - that is not possible because of govt banking laws regarding connecting your bank account (foreigners only) to vin wallet. I would be extremely happy if it was possible to pay my monthly bill that way

Very few products available on app. And even the ones shown in the app is not available at the store. Then, your money will one be returned as a form of some vouchers which sometimes you can't use because of errors. Oh, Good luck trying the customer service line 'cause all they've ever said is "Sorry".

Terrible service. They canceled the orders without any reason. They returned money by points but it was rounded less than the real paid amount. Twice cost twice. Call Contact center and asked me call the Vin shop. Is that my RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK?? Your app, your store but you know nothing. Give back my money of ordering and call charge!!
