Don't buy anything from Vivo store. After any prepaid order, you will receive just this message "We regret to inform you that, due to internal issue, there has been a delay in the shipment of your order. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please be assured that our team is working diligently to resolve the issue at the earliest. We will provide you with an update on the status of your order within 24-48 working hours" and this 24-48 hours never ending. 👎👎👎👎

This app comes pre-installed with all the vivo phones, with which I have no problem. But I am not able to delete it, the company keeps it forcefully. It not only collects your data, but also sends useless notifications about deals and consumes space and data. My request is that there should be a way to delete it.

I've made a purchase first time in life from vivo store. they don't give any updates on phone or mail. while i looging then I've seen order has still in the location in his shipment location. after 7 days I've called vivo customer care they told me your order has cancelled because delevery company blue dart is not serviceable at my location - patna. and the order has cancelled. but still in app showing order in travelling or no refund my 18,499 which I've already paid. ⚠️⚠️ Fraud ⚠️⚠️
