worst company. don't book with them. they give me the wrong departure location on the ap different from the one on the ticket. was late because of them a refuse to give me my money back. I even managed to get at the location, but they let anyway when I was like 20 feet away from it. Also, really bad customer service, I texted a call, nothing changed, and they don't listen. will stole your money. And that my second review, they deleted the first one

I had to travel by bus/train quite a bit over the past few months and wonderu has been amazing. So easy to navigate and search for trips. Prices are updated promptly and regularly. When you buy a ticket, the interface is really user-friendly and simple, but be careful when you book trips especially with Amtrak as they cannot be cancelled. You can always view your upcoming trips and look up your ticket, and if the ticket's not available it'll tell you where to find it. Best part? No ads at all!

I love travelling so I downloaded this app to find cheap ways to travel. I forgot about it until I was booking a trip for my mom and it reminded me after I spent time searching and comparing ticket prices. It has an amazing layout and compares all kinds of transportation in one place. It even beat the ticket prices directly from the sellers.

I booked my tickets and then downloaded app to login. I cannot make my ticket appear. I have a confirmation number in an email. No place to put the confirmation number, no ability to confirm my account after logging and repeatedly with Gmail. gets an f minus on ease of use for a traveler holding an app trying to get on a bus. sorry I booked through this company. they're oddly turd shaped app is difficult to use.

I've been using this app since I found it in the Playstore in 2017. Ever since then I recommend everyone to download the app. Whether last minute (which I usually need) or in advance, this app always find the best tickets for the lowest price. Whether your willing to sit through a TRANSFER or not is, ALL up to you, and heavily determines the price your pay but always always worth it . Only downside & why no 5⭐️ is the app crashes alot more lately at busier times of the day for hours at a time.

They offer trip insurance but it doesn't actually give you your money back when you need to cancel. I will not be using this service or app ever again. You can say to contact them I just wish you made it as easy to add on insurance as it is to actually use it. Why purchase insurance to cancel a trip if needed when that can't actually happen? Make it make sense. But, I've learned my lesson so thanks
