I have 2 bad experience when using the apps, first one when I want to make payment, the apps take longer time to open the online banking until I give up to wait and went to the nearet outlet. Secondly, when I scheduled order for pickup, for example order 10.00am, pickup 11.30. But after I made the order, somehow the status change from ready to pick up to already pick up before my schedule pickup time which is 10.30. And I rush to the outlet and the staff say order not ready yet. 😌

cannot cancel order. I choose card payment and cannot cancel to change to online banking payment. my voucher stuck with inactive purchase and had to wait for 15 minutes before automatic cancel which I dont have that 15 minutes. you lose 1 sale today.

To be honest, the app is suck. Take ages to load, i can log in others app very smooth at the same time, so not my data problem.

if can give only negative one star also can. super duper 'rush' doing work 1. outlet not update the availability for thing in system. n simply just 'CANCEL ORDER' AND MORE INFORMATION outlet staff not assist for refund step and just ask for MR GOOGLE for guidance FYI everyone in future. who ever using this apps. make sure you ASK for instant change for your drink. as refund will be sangat2 'LAJU' laju lagi sloth 🦥 thanks a lot 👀

Faulty app. Every time I try to order and the amount deducts from my wallet, an undetermined amount of time later, the order cancels with no reason or prompts. The customer service is also slow, and the problem still hasn't been resolved. i wouldn't complain if I could get my money back from the app, but it is stuck there where is cannot be used. Do not use app. Use FoodPanda or GrabFood or ShopeeFood. USE LITERALLY ANY OTHER APP. TLDR: Pretty app but unusable. The old app worked miles better.

I was ordering at tealive today but my membership failed to scan. It happened to me twice. Please fix this issues already missed twice my points. Thank you
