Easy app to use, you can save massive with these deals not because of the shake and win which is a complete gamble and makes you impulsively buy (that's my only negative but the deals are still good) but also they have a selection of bundle deals where you can save massive and the meal doesn't expire straightaway. The best bit is that I am guaranteed to have a free whopper which is a steal. No need to store points to win free food of any type, you get guarantees for massive discounts

The shittiest app you'll ever use. It won't work when you most need it. It will show you some deals in app only but it you'll have issues when paying forcing you to get in the line so they say there is nothing they can do about it while you make people behind you impatient and waiting so in the end you will be forced to buy what you want with the full price.

Works well for the shake and win but any other function (looking at the menu) is locked behind a map feature that doesn't work. It's on the latest version but I can't tap the X to close nor the search bar—and by extension anything on the map besides the zoom function. It would be nice to see what else there was to order before resorting to gawking at the signs inside. The burgers are better, but the app could be too.

The minimum spend fine print on the 20% off app deal, which then just clicks through to the regular menu is a new low. Below average loot box style app deals, for mostly scrap sides. Food is expensive and the older locations are atrocious cess. Taking over a Carl's Jr site to build a wall around the endless beverage machine. Class. I only consider visiting Hungry Jack's when they're adjacent to another option. There's all too often, many reasons to swiftly abort a Hungry Jack's mission.

Very easy to order and pay. The deals and promos are also very easy to participate in and get rewarded. Only have encountered a hang once that I had to close the app because the counter was unable to help. Good thing the time-bound promo was still there when I restarted the app.

Absolutely useless app. I put my order in and try to pay and get the message "something went wrong. Please try again later". What is the point of an app that you can't pay with?? Staff at the smithfield store are also hopeless. All they can say is sorry it's an app problem and won't even honour the offer. HJ you have lost a customer with such poor service
