Restaurants ordering is ridiculously sluggish, need an option to hide delivery tab for restaurants without delivery. Need a view option where all active orders, in any status, are visible at a glance not spread across 3 tabs. Pending, Active, and Completed should be status tags but on one page. In a busy kitchen there's no time to swap back and forth. Customer phone number should be visible in the glance view as well as in order details, not an icon that opens a dial pad in another app.

I've lost access to my business email at some point over the last few days. This is paid for and set up via Wix. According to Google it can only be remedied by Wix. Wix AI can't fix it. I was told to expect a call back within the hour. I've been waiting nearly 24 now. The email access has been down more like 2 days. Its not like the WIX service is cheap so I'd expect a decent level of customer support here. What's going on guys?

I started using Wix many years ago since 2013! THE WORST Customer Service experience. They have been holding all money from every sale until my "verification" is complete. I'm now on week 4 of this "process" Every email is a different representative. No customer service line at all. I'm having almost $1,700 withheld. It's expensive to keep up a website as well. I recommend looking around somewhere else! Horrible experience! Each week they ask for something different. Why not ask me all at once.?

This app is very complicated to manage. After the website tells you to download the app, it tells you to also download some other app called space. When you try to customize your profile, it gives you a hard time, and you don't see the changes after saving them. It also doesn't allow you to see the picture you're trying to adjust and edit as your logo picture; as soon as you click edit the image disappears. It also freezes so much and switches constantly from both apps.

Awful. Spent hundreds of hours and ended up with a site where everything floats around. If you customize it for mobile, it wrecks the desktop. And when I spent many more hour redesigning it, they charged me another $84 to take it live (after spending $370+ for a 3 years subscription last fall.) Also the worst customer service. After wasting many hours with a robot, I still haven't resolved the problem.

Working on the website stalls a lot. It freezes and messes up things that you are trying to put together. Sometimes, you'll have to erase and start over. Also, it's not cell phone friendly, not for working on or viewing. There is another app you must download to view with a cell phone properly. I noticed it, and my clients have noticed it and don't like it. It would be better to be able to view it with a pc and cell phone with no problem. The wix app itself is ok, a few things I would change.
