very slow to open, very slow to respond

Stop showing all those nonsense ad popups! We have to accept order in 5 min and u keep slowing us down with them. Sometimes even force us to update apps and we've lost customers and orders many times. After the update, the serve time is gone and we cant specify the time an order will be ready like before. This is very annoying as we need time to prepare food and now we dont know if this option is hidden or we can no longer choose it.

Manual order receiving is nonsense. Imagine working with both hands in the kitchen then having to pause everything to swipe on your phone. Moreover, notification sound doesn't ring while you're on the phone. (Sometimes, we also have to call customers or riders.) Lastly, this app is not compatible with thermal printers or any printers except POS while all other delivery apps are.

It's often error, some times order coming and remind sound doesn't work. I facing issue order did not showed on my devise but show on rider devise only! On the other hand this applications are help my business a lot.
