From Romania, Bucharest, I placed over 50 orders. DO NOT order from them past midnight. The are ALWAYS late, 8/10 times mess up your order (I got so many credits because of that, but I'd rather get the food I actually ordered), and in some cases they completely forget about the order and you have to call them after 2 hours to ask what happned...Terrible service, if you can't handle night orders, don't advertise them...

Has bugs and it seems there's no interest in fixing them. Be careful when placing group orders, that functionality is broken when using a browser. And the great thing is there's nobody to contact, it's just a facebook page where nobody knows anything about it. Wasted 45 minutes to place a group order. There's also no way of finding out if a restaurant is closed / not accepting orders because it's full. It simply dissapears from the app, and you keep searching and searching like an idiot.

After more than one hour waiting for delivery, I contacted them, and they replied that the order couldn't even be placed (!) because of an error. NOT EVEN PLACED !!! And when exactly were you planning to tell me??!? Ten minutes later, a robot calls and asks me to rate the customer support experience. Here it is: this is worse than bad, it is absolutely offensive.

The best experience I had was a 2.5 stars level, all the deliveries were late and I almost all the time ordered from restaurants no further than 20' on foot. One time they told me the rider picked my order at the restaurant and be there in 5 minutes, 30 minutes later I call again and they say the order is not there. And after that I gave them another chance. "They will learn" I said. I was let down again and again. Being Genius does not help with the quality of service. Adio!

Worst customer support ever. Also, 3h for a simple order. Just use other apps. L.e.: Also, regarding the message from tazz on my review. Not to worry, I contacted them via e-mail and had no follow-up. Just a follow-up, the 'contact us on Facebook' is as good as the email thing, which means nobody replied. ( I think they just changed their response, so it sounds like they are doing something.

They practice the same scam as the old Food Panda app. They say the food is coming in 25 minutes and in fact is coming in 1 hour. If someone orderes someting only for the fast delivery because it is short on time, like I was, you can find yourself forced to skip the meal competely because when the delivery arrives the lunch window is gone. On the chat the lady roodly closed the conversation in the moment she saw I paid for the food although I was in a middle of writing a message. Bad experience
