A lousy app threatening to ruin a pretty cool robot vac. I'm really happy with my vac/mop, but the experience is nearly ruined by the horrible app. It logs you out every time you leave the app, so you have to login to open the app & it always fails the first time so you have to login twice. When I changed my router I had to completely uninstall my robot & reinstall it because you can't update the Wi-Fi settings. You can't update the time zone. These are basic features all apps should have!

Was connected for about a year then randomly disconnected and won't work with app anymore. Our wifi hasn't changed and the speeds are great. Idk what you did with the app update in August but it royally screwed everything up. Please fix this. Just read a bunch of other reviews. Seems this has been a running issue for years. Maybe don't make a wifi robot if you don't know how to make an app that works with it?

Does not reconnect to wifi. I should have returned this unit when I have a chance. I am so frustrated with it, but I can't afford to buy a different brand considering what I paid for this one. An awful machine, and even worse app. I have never had this problem with any other type of electronic item that connects to my Wi-Fi. All of the others have an easy to reconnect, or they instantly reconnect. Not Yeedi. It just flashes and does absolutely nothing.

App only works the first time. I have to delete the robot and add it again every time I need to use it. I am aware of the Wi-Fi requirements. It's set up to run on an older 2.4 router that meets the requirements set in the manual. It worked once when we first set it up. Every time after I have to delete and add it again. I have tried both ways of adding it. 1) Connect to my Wi-Fi, follow the instructions. 2) Connect to my Wi-Fi, switch to Settings, switch to Yeedi Wi-Fi, follow instructions.

Just bought the K650 for the smart features, but the app doesn't work. I can't register through the app, there's just an error message "null (012,9002)". And then after I use a browser to make an account on the website, and then tried to log in on the app, I get the same error. Switching off my phone's wifi and then rm repeating the steps doesn't fix anything. Support seems to be very lacking.

As I was proceeding to download the app, I noticed the poor rating. I first disconnected my wifi until it asked to use it. I noticed people were having difficulties in setting up the devices, mainly connecting issues. As I read in the manual, you can only connect to 2.4 rather than 5g or any other wifi you may have. As I made that mistake the first time, but after that the whole process took about 4 minutes on total. So my advice is to check the wifi you're using. I don't know if that helps!
