way too many issues with this app. Good luck using it to go to games . you needn't have ticketmaster app and there was a glitch i couldn't use it. I needed a person from the Broncos organization help me clear my phone cache to allow me to use it. Also sending notifications for scores ugh. I recorded game and deliberately avoided social media to not spoil score. Suprise !!!! I was sent a notification what score was. ugh. not cool and not user friendly.

Crashes a ton (less now, but still), and it's a REAL pain to transfer tickets. My cousin couldn't log in to save her life to get her tickets. Update: With Android 10, you can stop apps from constantly pulling location in the background and identify apps that are doing so. This was the very first app to generate such an alert, and when I turned off constant location updates, I was getting error notifications every hour or so. WHY DO YOU NEED MY LOCATION AT ALL TIMES? Creepy and invasive.

This app won't allow me to actually log into my account to access my tickets. This is obviously an issue when it's the 'recommended' way to access my season tickets. I spent an hour on game day trying to log in but it is always just a blank screen for the login page. Btw, it worked without issue at the preseason game. As others have stated, I've uninstalled and reinstalled without any change. I had to use the web browser to access my tickets on Sunday and save them to my digital wallet. 👎

EDIT 11/21/23. It actually just got worse. EDIT 11/2023 I'm adding this update because the app continually nags me to rate the app. Well here goes, this app is horrible. Got a new phone and need to link Ticketmaster, when I click "ok"... dead link. EDIT 10/2023: One year later, just as bad as it was a year ago. May be one of the worst apps I HAVE to deal with. I'm a season ticket holder. PREVIOUS REVIEW 08/2022: Glitches. Links often do not connect. App disconnects and becomes un-responsive.

Was not able to attend a game because the ap would not function correctly. Downloaded and viewed tickets earlier in the day. When I got to the gate it was as if I never set up an account. Had to go through the whole account setup again all for it to tell me the ticket transfer had expired. Wasted time, wasted money for $40 parking. Im done with going to games, even if someone gives it to me for free like these tickets. Too much of a hastle for entertainment.

update for 2025: moderate improvement The 2024 "upgrade" is a disaster. When I try to see my tickets, the Broncos logo just spins. After I responded to the email announcing the need to "upgrade" that my tickets were not available, i did get a call from the ticket office. We were able to get the tickets displayed and loaded once, while he was on the phone. Later in the day when I tried again -- just spinning. Did the developer do ANY testing on the latest version of Android?
