Never received the SMS to finish setting up my account. Costumer service responded to email at first saying to be sure I entered my information correctly. I did and confirmed to them all was correct. They said in 24 hrs I could register again. I did. Same problem. They then stopped responding to me. I have however, started receiving MULTIPLE spam calls now.

Terrible app, to buy a 0,60 cents coffee you need your phone number, email, a new app, your credit card AND on top of that you need to upload 5€ in the app wallet, you cannot do less. This is clearly an app made just for the profit of the company without thinking about the people that just want to pay by NFC and get a fast coffee. EDIT: your connection to the bank gave me a constant error, plus, all the credit was taken out of my wallet randomly and I'm still waiting for a response

oh the mental gymnastics to justify a whole APP to pay for snacks in vending machines you know you could've just slap a nfc payment terminal onto a box and make everyone's life easier but no you made a special app that accepts a qr code, has a dedicated wallet and the whole preauthorization & connection system. what a waste of time, effort, money and space in my phone.

Ridiculous Edit: I was at Verona airport when I left this review and had a flight to catch. I was trying to use a vending machine to buy a bottle of water, rather than having a simple tap to pay device on the machine I had to download this app, create an account, add my card to the app, scan the QR code on the machine, tell the app how much I'm going to spend, authorise the payment in my banking app and then finally press the button on the machine. So yes, ridiculous.

We have these machines at work. So I Can't connect to the vending machine more often than I can. Error message pops up. Coffee machine connects better, but that doesn't raise my opinion about the app. My colleagues experience is exactly the same as mine.. Also the token game inside the app is a scam. They just want your info, otherwise you can't play.
