KFC went downhill fast following lockdown. the prices went up and consistency dropped. - if ordering delivery and the KFC itself gets your order wrong, you get passed to justeat who offer a partial credit. - whatever battery farmed chickens they use are getting smaller too. - popcorn chicken is kfcs way of getting some extra cash for offcuts and waste. it's rank and forced into every "offer" - not worth the risk of getting poor service - bring back loyalty rewards over forced gambling.

useless app. Used to be good Hadn't used for a while till today. When I finished work, my wife asked me to get a kfc on the way home. So, as I was sat in the car park at work, I thought I'd pre order and collect. First, updated the app, then tried to login. it told me the password was incorrect, so I clicked on forgot password, received an email with a link to reset. The link just took me back to the login page on the app, not a reset page. Gave up in the end and went to the drive through.

That's 4 times now I've tried to order through the App and it's failed. The money has been set aside in my bank, but KFC app has failed right at the last step, so not only do i have money put aside that i can't access but no food delivered either. It will cost me double until the 1st order cost drops back into my bank, if i choose to go through just eat. Terrible App! don't waste your time on it!

Placed an order for delivery via the app and waited for over an hour, only to learn upon ringing customer support that the order had failed and never gone through, even though the app confirmed it with an order number and showed it as an active order. 'Sorry for the technical issue' was all I got after waiting for over an hour and bouncing between Uber and KFC help desks. Never again.

Major improvement to the previous version of the app! The app is much smoother to click through and easier to navigate, with no issues with entering payment methods or looking for orders in the "My Orders" section. Very happy with the current version of the app!

You win a reward that seems amazing but when you want to checkout in the app it will tell you minimum checkout is 99p. so basically you can't order your free item on the app unless you spent your money. Isn't it a rip off? Now they'd say, you can order it in store for free! okay than what's the point of this app? and if you say fees and etc how can others apps like Popeys can do it for free?
