The app has so little integration with backend that it should be called a parody of an app. My order was undelivered by the time mentioned and it was still showing delivery around 8:17 pm for more than 2 hours . At the end I never got the product but there's no provision of refund which should be automated. Nor does it show that your order has been cancelled so you should reorder from else.The feedback web page available doesn't allow you to add your city and KFC store so you can never complain.

I recommend not to order from this app. I have had a very bad experiences ordering. I was forced to cancel my order because of some technical issues with the app resulting in which the stores didn't get my order list even after 2-3 hours of order. They said they will refund me back my money after 7-10 business days but still didn't get refunded after a month. DO NOT PRE PAY YOUR food order.

Don't order from this app. I have placed order. the order will not be delivered but it shows delivered. very bad customer support. my store was nearby so I went and got replacement. but what about others who can't reach the store. It's not always about money, it's about trust. horrorable customer support. the customer support is always busy and won't connect the call also. better to use other apps than this app. the outlets are good and friendly but customer support and delivery is very bad.

Worst app ever! I placed an order for ₹750, and after 30 mins it showed “delivery partner assigned.” Then suddenly it said “DELIVERED” — but I never got the order or any call. Now the entire order details are missing from the app. The store number is wrong, and the complaint center said they couldn’t connect to the store (which has been open for 18 months!). Lost my ₹750, time, and patience. Horrible experience!

this is the wrost app ever, i placed the order it took soo much time. after calling the delivery person, he said we cancelled the order and we called you, but any one has got lift the call. but for real, I never got call. and also I prepaid the amount. the costumer care is also not connected. the postive comments are fake, please don't install this app. if you want to eat, then physically go and oder and eat there. worst app ever please don't install it can lead to many issues.i lost money.

worst app ever. after ordering and waiting for half an hour order was cancelled and refund was initiated even after talking to the customer care on not to cancel the order and to deliver it without any reason. the customer care number is not available and when we called the customer care they are not responding properly and without solving the issue they have disconnected the call inspite of asking them not to cut the call.
