The worst app for food delivery, it takes to long for your food to get to you, if you want your money back or have an issue with an order it takes hours for they to respond, without a proper solution! I have not yet ordered something in which I haven't complained with customer service, and the food will always arrive cold. This app doesn't comply with what it promotes, it is truly false and deceitful, don't waste your phone space with this app because it sucks. The other reviews are false!

The worst experience when buying from this app. After 10 days of making my purchase, the item I bought was never delivered. I spent every day complaining through the app's chat, and they always disconnected saying that the local team would contact me via WhatsApp, which never happened. The constant response was that I would enjoy their service today, but I never received it. In the end, I requested a refund, hoping this won't turn into a daily ordeal and that they will refund my full payment

Scammers, they use your card to steel money. After I had left Venezuela for over 2 months, they started making charges on my card and I had to block it. The only time I ordered food it was terrible and double charges were made. Even the delivery guy said, this happens frequently and lots of complaints have been filed. In Venezuela you should definitely look for another app when it comes to food delivery.

Initially worked well, then one restaurant canclled our $70 order and yummy have refused so far to refund the money and it sits as credit despite them saying they would. I have requested this 3 times. Also the app now does not show any restaurants to order from and is blank. Keep away!!!!

Too many problems. Once you pick which restaurant you want, the app doesn't work properly, sometimes you pay and then they cancel the order and return de money but to the app, not to your bank account.... At rush hour the restaurant stay closed, etc etc

The app is very unstable, can't login to my account cuz it's hangs out, once logged in after many attempts, the app hangs out again making impossible to select any option, I have to force close the app and reponened multiple times until it works. Terrible experience, better to use PedidosYa.
