I used for a month to translate from Spanish to English and the app worked well. Today I opened it and it had reversed to English to Spanish. I wasted 30 minutes attempting to change the app back to the useful setting it was on. For some reason the app continually reset itself to the incorrect setting. There is no Help so I just deleted it. Too bad as it had been working well to that point.

STILL NO RESOLUTION!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have complained about this app several times. Customer service is non-existent. It only works about 75% of the time. sometimes it translates from English to English. sometimes it translates from Spanish to Spanish. is developers just want your money and don't care if the app actually works.

I feel like the translation doesn't quite match what was written. I compared it to several other apps, and this translation app isn't very good at paraphrasing. Hopefully, it will be better after the update.
