Worse... App... Ever! I don't use this app but I had people ask if I can help. Nope! I almost threw the phone in frustration. Main issue is getting the verification code that never arrives! If I can't get pass that, how am I supposed to register for an account. And recovering password. Mind as well just give up and use another app that is user friendly.

This app has so many problems. Notification issues are a constant annoyance. Voice call quality is so poor it is honestly unusable. Regardless of whether you're connected to WiFi or cellular data, the call quality is shockingly bad. Calls drop suddenly, and one person nearly always has a "poor connection quality" warning during the call. Using a different device doesn't solve anything either. Unfortunately,Zalo has a monopoly in the Vietnamese market, so they can get away with terrible products.

Application had problem that I could see incoming calls only when application is opened. So I reinstalled the application to fix this bug. As result my 3 last months messages history was lost! Because it was exactly 3 month ago when I backed up messages on old phone to migrate to a new phone. No any warning was showed to me that I might loose the chat history when deleting it in Play Store. Besides the recent 3-6 months of history must be saved on the server automatically in all modern chat app.

✨Feedback: In the Create Reminder feaure, It's currently only possible to scroll day by day to select a date, without an option to quickly choose by month/year. This becomes inconvenient when setting reminders far in the future (several months or even a year ahead). 🎍Suggestion: Please add an option to select month/year directly or tisplay a monthly calendar view to make it easier for users

I set up the English language. but still receive notifications in Vietnamese. and messages from zalo in Vietnamese... well either install the translator or use my settings for everything in the app.

app is pretty good, always improve the app through each patch, except the function to record the call while calling is not available at the moment. Wish Zalo to add this feature soon. Overall 4/5
