I used to be a MY ZONG APP user for a long time. But recently Zong increased the prices of their packages to an untouched extent. Every package is comparatively double in rate than other companies and previous rates. Moreover, their one-day YouTube only package also sucks. You can see only thumbnails of the YouTube videos. But when you click on the video, it takes too long to play the video. It often sticks on the adds. If, the video plays, it usually stops after a few seconds forever.

I am facing an issue with my internet connection. Although the signal strength shows 3 bars, the internet speed is only working at 2G. This problem has been ongoing for the past 7 to 8 days. I have already lodged complaints four times, but I have not received any response so far. My package is Area Play Max. Kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

Unable to subscribe to packages. When I click on the "Subscribe Now" button next to the package, the error reads, "We are sorry. Your requested offer is already expired". This inconvenience took place at 12:00 AM on 18th August, 2025. I also made sure that the app was updated. I tried for 30 minutes straight and couldn't re-subscribe to any package. As I was out of data and had to use other sim's data, so I had to change my mind and switched to Jazz. Jazz never did like that with customers.

Most most most worst network in the world,what a cheap service and too slow internet providers...even the word slow doesn't define how slow or even sometimes didn't work at all .. I'm giving this review after using it for the last 6 years ,at first it was pretty good but with the passage of time they increased the packages price and quality is going on worst ,shame on you zong just shame on you,it didn't deserve a single star,,u know why,it doesn't work for it's own app, while I'm updating it 😤

There must be a go back option on every page so that a user can go back step by step. If we are searching packages via filter or price we have to open a package for details and then if we go back everything is cleared and erased and then we have to start from beginning every time. This is so bad experience.

The app does not show anything after opening a green screen appears, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared app data and cache nothing is working, who else is facing this? Downgrading from 5 to 1 star. Also, due to weakest ever signals and internet speed almost zero, I have switched to Jazz! Bye Zong!
