do not order through this app.. they will not deliver your order, and you will be hungry throughout your journey if you are traveling on a train that has very few stoppage. the customer care service is also very poor. I ordered and could not receive the food on the station. Better order directly through IRCTC. or Zomato, or swiggy this app has very few options/restaurants available to book food, and charges are also very high compared to other aggregators. you will not get your refund also.

I travel from Bhopal to Delhi regularly. I tried many ways to get food on the train, like station food and pantry food. Some of the apps I tried, but they all turned worst apps. But for the last 6 months, I have stuck to this app, as it gives good quality food on time. The interface of this app is simple, just need to text a hello on its WhatsApp number and fill in train details, and select the food options. The tracking system is also here. Now I do not need to think about any other options..☺️

In last 6 months I tried online platforms to order food on train but some were too confusing & others did not give track of my order. Only zoop india app was easy & simple to access. My co passenger was using it so I placed my order quickly & tracked it until I received order at my seat. Best customer support team as my food was delivered on time. Quality of food was unbeatable. I'm thinking why I have wasted my time on other apps as I received a discount as I used promo code that I got via sms.

Last week I had a long train journey where I also had to change 1 train. I took food item with me but while changing the train, I left my tiffin bag in my previous train & I couldn't see anything good in the train pantry. I opened zoop india app for the first time & it turned my sad journey into a great experience as my food was tasty & freshly cooked. Thank god this app didn't let me sleep empty stomach. It is budget friendly food app & placing an order is so simple & food is delivered on time.

My journey turned the best one when I got my food from it. Yes, this great experience I got from this app on my train journey. I got my order at Jabalpur station.I got hot & spicy food with extra cutlery & paper napkin. Everything was up to the mark, just like I had dinner in a fine dining restaurant. While other competitors' app take orders & never deliver on time. So I suggest my frds to try this app when they travel by train & don't fall for any other app. Food quality & quantity were great.

If you want to make your train tour great by having delicious food on seat then you must order food from zoop india app. Recently, I had a great experience with this app when I was going from indore to goa. I used this app whatsapp number to place an order, need to provide my pnr number & ticket details & apply coupons to avail of offers. I ordered a mini veg combo which had 1 paneer & mixed veg, dal, four roti, one sweet & salad. The cost of the thali was fair & received it on time with thanks.
