frustrating. inefficient. I have balance on the app walllet, yet payment wont go through. tried using a credit card, again payment won't go through. any transaction am trying to pay through the app, not processing. I have lost my voucher as well. tried 5 transactions for 1 coffee!!! app payment won't work even on starbucks wifi.

The audacity to send a coffee 1.30 hrs later the supposed delivery time and even after reporting the delay immediately, still after 3 months no refund no apologetic email or call. The delivery address is 5 minutes away and this outlet which is in Vile Parle East. The sheer unwillingness to not care about customer complaints especially when it's a TATA partnership. By the way I never got the order even... why did I paid for? God knows.

had a coffee at runwal greens mulund and the most horrible experience since the system was not working and the only option post was cash or app pay. since no cash did app pay which refused to let any payment happen with all the guys trying and failing...either the app is dud or the folks in Starbucks are...anyway missed my ride and what not. Highly unprofessional

The app doesn't work a lot of the time. Rewards disappear, recharges don't go through, and the cards refuse to load. Very sorry state of the app overall.

new update doesn't work. earlier sign in was using email address which they changed suddenly and now neither the customer care nor store executive can support to sign in using number.. everytime it gives error number is use, also pin couldn't be reset

I ordered a thing and for that I loaded my starbucks card, but the order got cancelled and a refund was put in the Starbucks card, now I can't withdraw the money and if I want to, ill have to put at least 200 rupees more
